Rob is Co-Founder and Creative Director at One Twenty Three West.︎ He helped launch the agency in a garage in East Vancouver with partners Bryan Collins, Jeff Harrison and Scot Keith to embrace the current realities of the industry.

After the agency launched, he was asked to speak at Cannes︎about the new model and approach to advertising and design.

As the agency has grown, the low overhead, high talent model has remained. Today the agency proudly boasts a senior team with 12 working creative directors and clients all over the world.

Rob has been fortunate enough to have his work honoured with pencils for advertising, interactive, and design at the One Show, as well as awards from D&AD, Cannes, Clios, and the Webby Awards. As a result, he’s been ranked the top-awarded Art Director in Canada 3x by Strategy Magazine and in the top 10 for Creative Direction.

He’s also judged Cannes twice and sits on the advisory board at Capilano University.
